THE WORST SERVICE SINCE THEY HIRED A NEW PERSON OVER A MONTH AGO SOME TIME BEFORE OCT. 1, 2025 WHO TAKES CARE OF RUNNING MY COST THROUGH SENIOR CARE INSURANCE, I HAD TO COME TO THE STORE 5 TIMES BEFORE THE STORE GAVE ME MY PRESCRIPTION AT THE PRICE I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN FROM THE SENIOR CARE INSURANCE. THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED AT THIS WALGREENS SINCE THE STORE OPENED,WHICH US OVER 60 YEARS. THAT PERSON IS A DISGRACE TO WALGREENS. SHOULD BE FIRED.

I called on a Saturday, they lady told me it would be ready by 2:15pm Monday. I went on Tuesday to pick up my refill & was told it was not in the system so I'd have to come back in 2 hours. At that point I was without my meds for 2 days. Unacceptable. Debating changing pharmacies.

Pharmacy is terrible. The staff is nice but my prescription was sent in two days ago. It still hasn’t been filled for some unknown reason because when I call, I wait on hold for 30-45 min only for the system to kick me out. I stopped in at the consultation window to deal with the issue and was ignored. Two days later, I still don’t have my prescription. Switching pharmacies today.

They are overwhelmed and understaffed. I walked in this evening there were 8-10 cars in the drive thru and 15-20 people in line inside. After a 30+ minute wait I was told that my prescriptions that I'd scheduled to pick up today were not filled yet and since they're now closing an hour earlier, they don't have time to fill them. The staff looked physically exhausted and the people in line looked angry. I left empty handed and need to come back to stand in line again tomorrow. Do not get your prescriptions filled here.

My husband needed a refill for his hives. He was told they couldn't b ready for 2 days. He was miserable with itchy skin & needed the meds that day. Unacceptable to have to wait!!

Absolutely the worst service and I am a retired WAG pharmacist. 4 trips and still not ready, this is te most convenient but may have to go to Oshkosh or Portage!

Zay was amazing. As I waited for my situation to get corrected (not Walgreens fault), Zay handled each customer's needs in a very personal fashion.

Female pharmacist with short hair was incredibly rude and disrespectful. With four hours left before they closed they said they could not make my prescription which only takes five minutes. The medication was to help with pain relief so I politely asked again if she could do it, and in an even more rude tone of voice, Told me no and gave me my prescription sheet back and told me to go somewhere else.
