“I want to share my experience at Tabby & Jack’s in Stoughton, Wisconsin.I stopped by to see what the procedure was to groom my dog. I was greeted by a young girl named Samantha. I asked her a lot of questions and explained I was very worried about leaving Louie with someone. Would they treat my sweet pup with kindness? Would they be patient with him? She was very kind and helpful. Samantha really listened to me. She went over all the details and assured me he was in good hands. I made the appointment. A few days later, I had to reschedule. I left a message on their voicemail. Samantha returned my call promptly and had an appointment set for me.I am so impressed with Samantha. Her customer service is above and beyond her years.I’m so happy, Louie had his appointment with Caitlin today. He did amazing! The experience was everything a dog mommy dreams about for their sweet pup. Caitlin was so kind and patient with him. Louie looked and felt amazing!
