“I want to share my experience at Tabby & Jack’s in Stoughton, Wisconsin.I stopped by to see what the procedure was to groom my dog. I was greeted by a young girl named Samantha. I asked her a lot of questions and explained I was very worried about leaving Louie with someone. Would they treat my sweet pup with kindness? Would they be patient with him? She was very kind and helpful. Samantha really listened to me. She went over all the details and assured me he was in good hands. I made the appointment. A few days later, I had to reschedule. I left a message on their voicemail. Samantha returned my call promptly and had an appointment set for me.I am so impressed with Samantha. Her customer service is above and beyond her years.I’m so happy, Louie had his appointment with Caitlin today. He did amazing! The experience was everything a dog mommy dreams about for their sweet pup. Caitlin was so kind and patient with him. Louie looked and felt amazing! Thank you so much Caitlin for making our experience so great!Stoughton Tabby & Jack’s is incredible! Their customer service and their care for our fur babies is exceptional ? When his human died during the Covid pandemic, no one knew his human had only fed him human grade food, he refused to eat all dry or wet dog food and his weight went from 11# to 6.5#. Desperate, we tried Yellow Dog Deli, it was a success and he is now stable at 9#! He is thriving!”

I am a new customer. Have gone just two times and I’m so impressed by the farm products and prices, particularly chicken feed, and supplemental items for chickens (worms, scratch feed) and other bagged bulk items. Great locally owned place. The first time I was there a 2 men helped me and couldn’t have been friendlier and more helpful, as was the young woman behind the cash register. Young man this morning helped me was very nice too. The woman behind the cash register today, however, could use a personality adjustment, but maybe she was just having a bad day…however, had that been the attitude I got the first time I went there I would probably have never gone back. Giving a 4 star instead of 5 due to the unpleasantness. You don’t have to be sickly sweet, but you should probably be a little bit more friendly, even if that’s not your personality.”
