No appointment. Barely exited my vehicle before an employee had my trailer tire in hand. Defective tire taken off, new tire mounted by the time I paid for it in the office. I would be shocked if I was there for more than 5 minutes. Impressive.

Just went to get a tire repaired that I picked up a nail in. They got me in right away, price was reasonable and the staff professional. I will be coming back when I need new tires!
