“I was involved in an accident tonight and two tow trucks showed up . Floyds Towing chose to tow my vehicle. The driver Brian W had exceptional customer service skills as well as a good heart. He made sure I was ok by allowing me to sit in tow truck until my ride came not settling for leaving me at the gas station to wait for my ride. He wanted to make sure I was safe and I really appreciated that!! Very Patriotic!! It goes to show you there are still some caring people out here. “Phenomenal service. We were out of town buying a camper and both tires blew out on one side. They were quick to come help get us off the interstate and even had to take one tire off the “good” side and put on bad side to tow it safely without damage. They were so understanding, and we called them again to help us the next day to put the new tires on because no shops “had the time” to help. They went above and beyond and would highly recommend!”

“Jeremy made it out to me at the estimated time, after hours. Loaded me up and gave me a ride to my house, which was where I had my vehicle dropped off. Was professional and held a conversation for the whole 30 minute ride, which was nice. Went over with the issue my vehicle is having, agreed with my diagnostic as well as giving another possibility of what the issue may be. Way better than riding in awkward silence. Unloaded my vehicle in a timely manner, right where I requested it. All negative reviews are 4+ years old and I can definitely say, this company is nowhere near a 1 star company. Will use again, if needed.”

My car needed a jump and they responded and arrived to me and had me back onthe road within 35 minutes and offered the lowest price out of the three tow companies I called that day. “After waiting over 3 hours for a different company I called Jensen. The dispatcher said they were a bit backed up but they'd have somebody out as soon as possible. I was expecting at least an hour wait, but 20 minutes later he was already outside! The driver's name was Matthew and he was very professional and polite. Oh, the best part? The tow cost less than HALF of what the other company (that never showed up) quoted me. Hopefully I won't need a tow truck again, but if I do I will 100% use Jensen Towing”

So I was so upset by now I didn't know who to call when I looked up local tow companies for some reason Jensen Towing jumped out at me I called within a half an hour of calling Chris was there my Hero!
