“Visited this location needing parts for my vehicle. I was assisted by a young(ish) gentleman who helped me find the parts I needed. His service was beyond excellent and I was able to get the right parts for the job I was working on (I was replacing the fool pumps in my gas tank.) This employee I think deserves a raise for his great customer service. I can’t remember his name but he has slightly darker than average complexion who thankfully had no tattoos anywhere on his face. I also felt heard and cared for as he paid attention to me when I spoke and asked questions and he did not once roll his eyes at me which is great. Overall wonderful experience, I plan to shop here again.”
“Brad went above and beyond today replacing a burned out headlight on my 2015 Kia Soul. He had to remove the fuse box to gain access to the light casing. It was quite complicated and it would have taken me hours to figure out the puzzle! Brad was determined and good-natured through the entire process. This store is lucky to have such a dedicated and helpful employee!”

“I drove my truck-with a recently jumped battery-into the parking lot leaving it idling just in case they didn't have my battery in stock. After finding they did, I asked if I could swap it right then and there in the parking lot. They said they'd do it for me! 15 minutes later, I was driving home on the new battery.
