“Visited this location needing parts for my vehicle. I was assisted by a young(ish) gentleman who helped me find the parts I needed. His service was beyond excellent and I was able to get the right parts for the job I was working on (I was replacing the fool pumps in my gas tank.) This employee I think deserves a raise for his great customer service. I can’t remember his name but he has slightly darker than average complexion who thankfully had no tattoos anywhere on his face. I also felt heard and cared for as he paid attention to me when I spoke and asked questions and he did not once roll his eyes at me which is great. Overall wonderful experience, I plan to shop here again.”

“Only used Gerber for an estimate. Insurance decided the damage was too great so I didn’t get any repairs. They were polite, professional and quick. Only 4 stars bc I asked for an additional separate estimate and they said it would be no problem but they never did it.”

“Brad went above and beyond today replacing a burned out headlight on my 2015 Kia Soul. He had to remove the fuse box to gain access to the light casing. It was quite complicated and it would have taken me hours to figure out the puzzle! Brad was determined and good-natured through the entire process. This store is lucky to have such a dedicated and helpful employee!”

“They have a great selection of high quality parts. That's what's most important. However, the staff are very serious and offer limited guidance. They expect you to know the exact part that you need. It's not necessarily a bad thing if you know what you need, but the atmosphere certainly isn't approachable for those with less knowledge of parts. For example, they tried to special order an expensive $40 agricultural grade bearing for my very basic 4 cylinder car's idler belt pulley, but after I inquired about why multiple times, they finally said a normal bearing would work just fine and it happened to be in stock for $12. I feel like they were trying to upsell me and take advantage of my limited knowledge.”

“I took my 2020 Durango to State of the Art Auto Body to have the rear spoiler replaced. Daryll was thorough in reviewing the damage and explaining the work required and the reasons behind it. He provided a fair estimate and was able to schedule the repair promptly. The new spoiler and paint look fantastic. It was a pleasure working with the Sanders team, and I highly recommend their services.”
