“Kyle was kind, energetic and extremely helpful in paying off one of our loans. He even helped us set up an appointment with a mortgage broker. Great experience!”
“They have been the best bank our small business has ever worked with. Very affordable refinance of our building, easy to maintain ongoing credit line and other loans. Our business banker is always very responsive and knowledgeable.”
“LaTonia Hughes was the perfect banker for my young child as she opened her first checking account. LaTonia does a great job explaining and patiently walking a young teen through the process.
We have banked for many years with Bryan at Bank of Sun Prairie. I feel a deep sense of trust and security having Bryan as our financial partner.”
“There are really great people that work here. I’ve always had a positive experience. Staff always asks about your day and creates small talk. I always leave here with a smile.”
“The Bank tellers here are very wonderful and very nice assisting customers with great customer service. The wait in line at this bank is not too bad or long even during the afternoon rush hour. The inside of this place is very clean and very organized you can bring your kids while you do your business. Overall the staff is very knowledgeable with any questions or concerns that the customers have.”
“I am new to the area and needed some help with a transaction, Ezra was fabulous! He made the process stress free and was incredibly kind and polite. I was very appreciative of his help. This bank was nice and quiet and I was able to get the task at hand done in a very timely manner. Thank you Ezra!”

“Chase is great overall especially if we call the 8xx number but the onsite location for service inside is soooo slow. The service is great but why does it take 12 minutes to get $300 of cash from my checking account. I didn’t have my debit and was forced to go in and it takes soooo long. Please speed it up.”

“I love dealing with Amy Westermeyer, she is very knowledgeable and helpful, I had a problem with my debit card and she helped me right away, I had a problem previously talked to someone else and was told 2 weeks to send me a new card. I have problems coming into the bank so Amy is so much more helpful she knew who I was by my voice on the phone, I have and will continue to recommend Amy to everyone i know”
