Today I went to the bank to get a new debit card and I was helped by Taylor who is a relationship banker. She was so sweet, so personable and we had a very nice conversation. Their interest rates were just right for me and my financial situation so I stopped in at the local east towne branch and made the account with an employee there named Suzanne. “I’ve been with Associated Bank for 5 years now and the people are friendly and experienced. Some branches I feel have “children” working due to how young they appear to be are..my preference isn’t that so I don’t go to those branches. And resolves any weary feelings I have about the younger generation. This branch has been great. The only problem I’ve encountered with Associated Bank is opening an HSA account and it being consider valid...but the bank doesn’t actually have anything to do with that specifically so I’m not downgrading them for that. Just great! Keep being amazing!!!”
