“Updating my orginal review to four stars. I had a bad experience with Local source at the beginning of March, and unfortunately there were some missteps with their customer service, and my self as well over the issue. After speaking with a representative for the company in depth, they were able to assure me my issue would be resolved, and is being handled moving forward, and steps are being taken to mitigate. Local Source and UW Provisions is a great buisness, has shown even when things don't go right, they still want to make sure their customers are taken care of. We will be customers for a long time after this.”

“Excellent neighborhood Butcher shop. All animals have to seen them come in the back door from local farmers. Don’t be scared of the prices we need to support our farmers. They have some great value cuts for steaks and roast and meats. A nice deli selection they do special sandwiches every Thursday. And a nice grocery and wine selection as well.”

“TTJ Packing Company is the area's best kept secret. Their prices are great and so is their meat. They have ground beef, steaks, roasts, brisket, and other offerings. So good and so close. They prefer that you call them with your request to save time when you come to pick it up. Give them a chance. I suspect you'll be impressed as well. I'm not connected to this company in any way. I'm just a highly impressed customer.”

“Today I stopped in Ken’s because I wanted some Grandma’s potato salad. I went up to the counter and asked the lady how much a half pound of Grandma’s potato salad was. After she gave me the price, I told her I only had $2.18. She said that was fine and proceeded to put the sticker on it. Then she went up to the cash register and handed me 30 cents. As I was getting ready to pay, I went to swipe my card and told the cashier that he only had to charge me $2.18 first, but he told me he had it. I even tried to give the change back, but he still said he had it covered. Small acts of kindness like this really mean a lot, and I just want to say thank you to this wonderful staff for their kindness and generosity.”
