Great experience working with Eric. They had to order my boot from the nearest store that had it in Dubuque, IA. Eric said it would be delivered by the end of the week and it was already at my doorstep the next day! We then talked other boot styles for a while. Thanks Eric.

Highly recommend this Red Wing store. One of my best experiences from any store - Eric was very knowledgeable and accommodating in finding the right fit.As much as I dislike shopping, I really look forward to coming back - Be careful or you might walk out with a couple pairs ;)

Great store. Dealt with Eric over the phone who took 10 minutes to run me thru a breakdown of new workboots compared to what I was currently wearing. Made the hour drive where he took pride in his work and went thru my options patiently to find the right pair. Will be a return customer. Would suggest to any of my friends
