“Took my dad here to find some boots. I don't remember the guys name, but he was excellent. He took the time to help my dad find the right boots. My kids were with us, and he was so nice to them playing around on the rug. Should have gotten his name written down. But he was working there today (8/3/2026 at about 5:30pm. Great customer service. He deserves a raise for sure. He's quick, efficient, and just a very friendly, nice guy. Will definitely recommend and go there for any boots we need.”

Last month, Foot Locker Inc. reopened its flagship store at 112 W 34th St. in New York City, as part of new retail plans. The store introduced "Home Court," a basketball-focused shopping area created with Nike and Jordan Brand. The updated store offers a basketball-themed shopping experience. It combines customer service with the newest products for use on and off the court from several brands.
