“The service writer was professional, as well as the techs. I came in with an emissions problem, and there they would have had me out within a few hours, however the part needed wasn't in stock, but they had it the next morning and I was in & out within an hour and a half. The truck now runs like it's new again. I highly recommend this place if you're in the Madison area.”
“Good experience. Friendly clerk. They need a sign for the lock boxes saying not to pull on the lock while pulling down on the lock lever, though, but they had a number to call if you were having problems and someone answered promptly and knew the answer to the lock problem.”
“After losing a trailer tire in the 110 deg Mojave Desert and another on the Colorado Rocky Mountain pass, I never expected the wheel bearing to go next... nearly losing a wheel on a loaded trailer can take a toll on a traveler. The fix for frayed nerves was the TOP-NOTCH treatment and truly QUALITY service we received from everyone at EAST MADISON U-HAUL & STORAGE. From the time the tow truck dropped us off until closing time this crew accomplished the impossible. They stayed open late just to make sure were taken care of. When corporate permissions for switching / upgrading trailers got complex....their Regional Manager, Val actually came back in after hours to help make it happen. Wayne was a huge help too. After closing up the shop, he returned later to check on us offered to help transfer things to the new trailer....even told us where we could go to get some muscle if things got to heavy for me & my 73year old co-pilot. It’s just really nice and a little shocking to get such thorough service from beginning to end. Thanks guys for making sure we got home on time and safe. You truly are the best, U-HAUL should be proud and is a definitely a better organization because of people like you.”

“Had a wonderful experience renting from the Bristol Motors location! It was an absolutely frigid day (what can one do in Wisconsin?!) and they were so kind and had the truck running and warmed up for me! It looked like they did the same for others picking up their rentals as well. That small touch really meant a lot to me, because no one likes a cold vehicle!
The gentleman finishing up my rental check in was incredibly kind and patient also. Kudos to this place! Will definitely recommend them and would absolutely use them again!”
