We had an issue with our bill, in that even though our lines were turned OFF internationally, the physical SIM card was still connecting to towers & we were charged over $700 in daily fees.
Nikki who was based at sun prairie understood our concern & also couldn’t understand why this was happening. She was incredibly helpful at trying to resolve this issue. She was fantastic.
EDIT- after 2 months, Nikki wasn’t so fabulous. Our concern was never addressed & we are still out of pocket $700
AVOID US CELLULAR AT ALL COSTS. ABSOLUTE THIEVES!!!!!

Tray is an absolute asset to this place, and I can't say enough good things about him. I had to deal with a very difficult situation, and I walked in the store, already in tears. He was so kind and helped me through everything that needed to get done. Even when he had to repeat things to me, he never lost his compassion and professionalism. I'd wait in line just to be helped by him again. I hope he knows what a difference he made today. Thank you, Tray, from the bottom of my heart🩶

Walked in, no one acknowledged our presence. Left. I understand they were busy but being acknowledged and told they'll help us soon or at least letting us know what the situation is currently is the most basic customer service. Will never come to this location again.

I walked in this morning and two salesperson in store. One working with customer and other person, a male, talking on his phone. After 30 seconds he continued talking as he walked to the a back room and shut the door. He left me standing in front of his desk without acknowledging me.
Been a customer since 1988.
Not very welcoming.

Went for a simple upgrade & worked with Teya, she was absolutely amazing. Kept eveything straight to the point & broke down any of my questions that I had. Highly recommend Teya!
