Will exhaust all avenues when troubleshooting issues a customer is having with a device; from my experience. I give them high kudos! Very respectful and authentically caring... in genuine way. CANNOT say that about the east side Madison us cellular location.

Josh Oliver did a fabulous job in assisting my husband and I today.We switched back to US cellular after 23 years + .. after leaving we realized we had made a mistake.Josh was an exceptional person and very helpful! He’s probably the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON, I’ve worked with in 5 years! What a valuable asset he is !Thank you!!

The associate I worked with was constantly interrupted by Hayden, apparently her manager. He started no less than four conversations about training issues that significantly lengthened the time I had to spend waiting. I consider this rude and poor customer service.

I've had to stop the last two days 1st to activate a insurance claim and the second day for a setting. My total waiting time for 2 visits was 4 hours. I understand you're short staffed but your a big enough company to hire more help. Your employees are the ones that take the screaming from unhappy customers.
