“First time using them, great experience so far. Needed a spare pair and was looking to finally get some Rx sunglasses too. The frames I had been eyeing for a little while sold the morning I was ready to bite the bullet, but it took all of only two days for them to order and get a new set in stock. I quickly picked a pair of kirkland frames for the sunglasses that feel solid and looked nice, they even came with a nicer triangle case than my normal Rx frames and their little pouch. Buying 2 pairs also gave me $50 off(the current deal as of making this review early 2026). On top of that getting high index lenses comes standard with scratch, UV, blue light, PC/phone screen, the whole ball of wax protective coating, which most charge about $100 on top, maybe extra if you want the one for screens or blue light.

When I picked them up, it was smooth sailing. They adjusted them, and because my old pair had some rather hard nose pads, they even offered to pop on some incredibly soft silicone pads that feel like nothing is there and stay on your nose so much better. Each pair came with a free cleaning cloth, which they noted do wear out so to just stop by for a free cloth any time.

Will definitely be a returning customer, as long as I'm able to find a pair of frames I like. And even with that said, you can still bring your own if there's one pair of frames you must have and they don't have it, you just pay a $25 fee, it might be $35 now.”

“Once again Costco has proven to me just how dedicated they are to their members. In particular I’d like to give a shout out to John in the Tire Department!

Had just gotten a flat while going 80mph on the freeway back from a weekend vacation. After switching the front drivers side tire to the donut I drove to the nearest Firestone where they said I would have to leave the vehicle overnight. Not an option because home was still 80 miles away and of course I had work the following day.

Called Tires Plus, they said they wouldn’t do anything for two days! I understand being busy and not having availability right away but I use to work in the auto repair industry and if you can’t squeeze in a tire change sometime within 24hrs you are either extremely incompetent or severely understaffed.

Then I remembered Costco has a tire shop. Gave them a call. John answered the phone. Assured me he’d get us back on the road by the evening. Upon arriving John got to business right away. Gave his professional opinion on tire options and recommended we see a movie right next door at the movie theater. After about maybe an hour and twenty minutes into the movie John called and said my vehicle was ready. Amazing!

Top notch service. Best in class company. I can’t recommend to someone enough to become a Costco member.”
