They do not try to upsell and will explain what can wait or does not need to be changed. The mechanics are patient and provide great service and great work for auto engine diagnostics.

The most honest shop I've probably ever worked with, completely transparent on parts and pricing and they don't try to upsell - in fact, they'll try to talk you out of things that aren't completely necessary at the time.
