“My F-150 exhaust began sounding loud, Exhaust Pros were able to get me in right away. Both the front desk and tech staff were super friendly. They identified a crack in the sleeve and were able to cut & weld in a new one vs full replacement (and also identified unrelated loose heat shield clamps). The exhaust specialist also showed me exactly what he found/what he was going to do to fix. They estimated 45min repair time but were done in 25min and my truck is back to normal (quiet)! Highly recommend for efficient, quality and cost effective exhaust repairs!”

“Kara, Todd, and the team at Rivord are excellent. We had to get a new transmission while visiting the South Shore from Chicago. The way they worked with us was responsive, honest, and fun. We enjoyed talking with them when we visited the shop. We were able to carry on while they worked on the car. Made it back to Chicago with the new tranny and no issues. If we lived in Superior this would be my go to spot.”

“Finding this repair shop right here in Superior is a total blessing! I compared quotes and service with several other shops across Duluth and Superior, and this place is hands down the absolute best. Their prices are amazingly reasonable, and the quality of their work is top-notch. They took such great care of my well-loved car and fixed it perfectly. I can trust them with literally anything. Best mechanics in the Twin Ports area!”

“These people are top notch. Period. They helped us out while we have been on the road-had a diesel sensor go bad. They would’ve been done in a day but the delivered was the wrong one. Our campsite host was gracious as we live in our travel trailer. Twin motors rocks”

“Amazing experience with this company! We were stuck in Port Wing with a dead SUV and had the best service from Ryan. Arrived in a timely way, figured out how to get a jammed gear shifter locking wheels onto the truck and then went above his duty to help my friend who had difficulty bending her knees get into the tow truck cab. We were in a tough spot and ended up safely back at our cabin with superior assistance by Superior Towing! Thanks again!”

“This shop quite literally saved my life, and also saved me a ton of money. I brought my van in to get an alignment/tire rotation done, and they discovered the strut bolts on my drivers side were completely missing and were loose on the passenger side, and had been that way for months. When it was all said and done, everything still cost me less than half of what it would have elsewhere. 10/10 they have earned a repeat customer, and I’ve been directing everyone I know their way.”

“When I needed a paint repair on my 2023 Hyundai Tuscan, I visited multiple shops before Dalbec and all were giving me quotes that I belived were crazy for the damage I needed repaired. While everyone else was giving me $700-$1,000 for the work. Dalbec gave me a quote that just could not be beaten and more reasonable than anywhere else. They were able to keep me below $500 which was within my budget and for that I'm really grateful. When I got mg vehicle back they also went above and beyond and fixed my own mistake when I originally was covering up scratches on my texture. The people who work here are fantastic to work with and the overall atmosphere is pleasant. They were honest when i asked questions and worked with me during the process, and for that I shall come here first for my vehicle needs and will be the place I recommend anyone needing vehicle work done, even if its to just get a quote.”

“I was just passing through Superior and got a flat! The staff here went out of their way to come over to Culver’s, inflate my tire so I could drive down the block to their shop and fix my tire so I could get on my way. They did just that and didn’t charge me a dime. They refused any payment. Jeremy and Dave, thank you for everything. You are wonderful people and I’m so thankful for your help. 🥹🙏”

“I just wanted to say thank you to Pat Ringold, John Toman, RJ Herdman, Joe Reller and Billie Suomala for making my truck buying experience go smoothly and getting me a low interest rate and a payment we are comfortable with. I really never imagined that I could get into a truck like this, this is a dream truck for sure, I'm 51 years old and have bought multiple vehicles from Benna Ford Roush from multiple sales representatives, they are all completely knowledgeable on all their vehicles and don't try to pressure you into a vehicle you don't want. I saw this truck on the show room floor and went home and told my wife that that's going to be our next vehicle, and she said " yeah right, lol. " Well , it's now sitting in my driveway Thanks again Pat, John and RJ. See you soon, I still have to pick up my new Yeti cooler from you”

“Absolutely FANTASTIC! My semi truck developed a bad air leak coming over the bridge. While I was getting unloaded in Superior I looked up local shops and found Bill's. Called them at 215pm, got over there at 3 and he got to work on my truck immediately. 42 minutes and $145 later I was out of there with a new brake chamber, leak tested and good to go! Fast, efficient, good work, reasonable prices and everyone there is super nice! My big poodle got to meet everyone in the shop too! They set the bar high for other shops! A+++!”

After stopping at the dealership, they couldn't even look at it for us so we looked for somewhere else that could. 5 Star not only got us in to look at it, they took the time to fix it and get us back on the road the same day.
