“I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and was able to schedule it online which was new. Was very easy to do and had many times available. The day before my appointment they called me asking if I wanted to use valet service. They came to my house and picked up my truck and returned it when it was done. The only reason I took a star off was because on my service receipt it said that they checked all my lights and tail lights and that they all work. Well the cab taillight and license plate light I knew did not work so curious how close they inspected it. But overall I am very satisfied with their service and nice employees.”

“My truck was in an accident and needed some serious TLC. Eisenmann Bros painted and replaced multiple panels and did work on the cab of the truck itself. I was at first skeptical because the cab seemed seriously damaged. I worked directly with George and he seemed to really know his stuff. Everyone at the shop was very friendly and helpful, and ultimately my truck came back to me in amazing condition. It is like the accident never happened. My truck is my baby, and the people at Eisenmann Bros took good care of her for me. George even drove to the car rental shop to pick me up after the truck was ready to be picked up. “After multiple mechanics and a local shop was unable to diagnose my van's problems, Josh at Five Star figured out the likely problem before even getting it into the shop.A previous mechanic mis-diagnosed the problem as a PCM or TIPIM and it cost me hundreds of dollars for unnecessary parts and over a week of no vehicle. I brought my van to Five Star on Friday, they gave me a loaner car to drive and on Monday I had my van back.I was blown away at how inexpensive the repair was. (they discovered the problem was my ignition). I also used them on a different appointment to replace my EGR valve. This time it was so quick I didn't even need a loaner car. Luckily they have a clean waiting room with recliners, TV, free coffee and hot chocolate and a well stocked vending machine.They charged me LESS than they originally estimated. I was very pleased with the service.They didn't get my van dirty like the previous mechanics, they were courteous and polite and they started working on the van right away when my appointment started. Some of the other shops in Superior tell you when to bring the vehicle in, and then maybe get to it in a few hours, or even the next day!I would absolutely recommend Five Star Auto to anyone needing mechanical or electrical work on their vehicle.Services: Electrical repair”

“I brought my Civic in for what I thought was a bad right front wheel bearing. At times it sounded like there was a helicopter hovering over me. They diagnosed the problem as a sticking brake caliper. I was surprised this could have been the cause of the noise and approved the repair. I picked up the car and it drives like a dream. “We were stranded in Superior with my 2019 Jeep Renegade and both the Ashland and Superior dealers didn't have a loaner car for me. Enterprise car rental was already closed. A gentleman suggested I call Kari Toyota and not only did they have a loaner car I could rent but due to our situation they sent a tech over to pick us up. Honestly, this Toyota dealership saved our day. They went above and beyond to help out. Definitely five star service. Thanks again for everything!”
