Menards provides great customer service with many extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful employees. Staff are enthusiastic and well-informed, making processes like ordering cabinets or locating parts very easy. The store has a wide selection of items including lumber, air conditioners, and appliances, often at cheaper prices. Customers report positive experiences and state they will be returning. It is described by some as the best Menards they have ever been to.
While picking up some lumber we were assisted by Jeffster. He helped me load the materials with enthusiasm and was very courteous. You need more employees like him!
