“I have visited a few times. Great small town feel with wonderful customer service. I had the nicest lady help me with finding what I need and problem solving my situation. The cashier was a nice young lady who was super respectful. It was busy and they still were super helpful.
My college aged son needed something and stopped by a few days after that and said a lady with glasses took wonderful care of him.”

“Acme Tools in Duluth gave me some of the best service I’ve had at a retailer. I bought several Ego battery powered tools including a mower and snowblower about 2 years ago, this summer one of the batteries quit charging so I brought it into the store and Steve at the service desk replaced it with a brand new one, no charge and no hassle, nice , friendly and competent. Definitely my go to place for tools and equipment.”

“I’ve been shopping at Marshall hardware for decades. I even remember Mr. Lyman Marshall the owner at the time. very nice man. The store has not changed. The best customer service you’ll ever find in a hardware store. I’lll go on record as saying it might be the best hardware store in the state.”
