Menards provides great customer service with many extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful employees. Staff are enthusiastic and well-informed, making processes like ordering cabinets or locating parts very easy. The store has a wide selection of items including lumber, air conditioners, and appliances, often at cheaper prices. Customers report positive experiences and state they will be returning. It is described by some as the best Menards they have ever been to.
I rather like Menards. My wife loves the 11% rebate checks. The only problem is wandering amongst the tools and such gives me illusions of grandeur and I begin thinking I can actually make stuff if I buy some. Most everyone is helpful and the guy in plumbing really knows his stuff.

Jeff in the yard was more than helpful. I went to pick up 100 2x6x10’s. He grabbed a new bunk and we stacked my trailer off to the side. The best thing about Superior Menards is their customer service.

Used to hate em but they're winning me over. Employees have developed and grown knowledgeable and helpful over the years and product lines improved quality tremendously. Keep it up guys!
