“Joe is the BEST! Our office printer was having some issues and we talked back & forth through email, then connected over the phone. Once we figured out the problem, Joe came to our business to work on the repair. After looking at the printer in person, he wanted to make sure it was not bad ink. We confirmed it indeed was an ink cartridge failure. He is so knowledgeable and willing to share what he knows with you. Very happy with our experience and we will definitely be using Integrity Printer Services in the future.”

“Lisa was very helpful and provided a link for me to try and reset my Epson printer when I called. When I was unsuccessful, she had Luke (one of their technicians) contact me. Luke was very patient and helpful to walk me through step by step to get my printer going again. Success thanks to him! Thank you, Doug Boettcher”
