“Merton is nice to begin with and then throw in Merton Feed Co! My small flock chickens (4) love the feed and all the other goodies I picked up. From live chicks to chicken feed, horse, cow, and can even pick up treats for my dog and cat. Prices are very visible and can see there is lots of knowledge here as well as having lots of help to load up the goodies. The store area is fairly small, but packed with tons of stuff and feels like an old mill store which gave me the sense of safety and honest people.”

“I went in today and talked to the very educated owner, Amy, that spent a long time explaining to me the benefits of switching to Fromm dog food and adding in raw food and raw goats milk and helped me with concerns over my dog having allergies. My dog didnt want to eat his other dog food any more after being put on Apoquel, which is known for causing anorexia. I pulled him off the Apoquel after only 2 weeks and made the switch to Fromm Gold and my dog was licking the bag before i even got it into his bowl. He gobbled it right up and loved the raw goats milk too. Also starting him on Solutions Allergeez powder, which he loves mixed in with the goats milk. Amy was so patient in explaining everything to me and super knowledgeable and helped we work with my budget. The Fromm Gold is actually a better deal over his Taste of the Wild and you get the 13th bag free. I will be a regular customer here and leave the big corporate pet shops.”

“So convenient for me, right on Bluemound Road. I needed Hills Science Large Puppy Food. The associate there helped me locate it, (I was in quite a hurry), brought it to the counter for me to check out immediately. He then asked if I would like him to carry it to my car. Very sweet! “I went to Petco today to get some supplies to set up a quarantine tank for a saltwater fish. I asked for help from the fish department and I had really great customer service. It was a busy place, I had to wait about 10 mins to talk to her, however it was worth the wait. I told her my situation and the supplies I needed. She suggested some of the items/brands and she also told me why she recommended them. I could tell she was very knowledgeable and everything she said made sense. I have been going to this Petco since it opened and will continue to go here.”

“I came in for one item. But it was out of stock and it won't be in for quite a while.. The sale price i saw will no longer be good. The woman that helped me was super friendly. Very informative, took the time to help me out with everything. Unfortunately I don't know her name. I ended up buying xmas pet beds and some clearance cat food bags. The only rhing I was really disappointed in was that the store cannot honor the online coupon if you spend x amount of dollars and you get 10 or 20 dollars off.. It's disappointing that you have to order online and pick it up in the store. I'm in the store, Can't I get the discount? I know it's not the stores fault but it really is upsetting...”

“I was looking for bougie dog treats and this place came HIGHLY recommended. I'm so glad it did, because my pup LOVES their treats - they're also so adorable! I even got her a birthday cake today :') She was really excited and thoroughly enjoyed it. Definitely going to recommend this place to others looking for the same.I will admit though, customer service isn't great at times. If you have questions or don't understand something fully, they can get pretty short with you (especially on the phone). But it's still a good place for treats if that doesn't discourage you :)”
