“Came in with a recently expired coupon and figured I’d at least ask if I could redeem it. Manager came through and approved it, earning them a customer for life. That’s how you gain long term business! 10/10”

“Great locally owned pet store in Brookfield. It has a lot of great natural products you won't find in most chain stores. The staff is friendly and helpful, and our dog loves the treats she gets when we bring her in!”

“I went in today to find some fish supplies and decorations as well as purchasing some fish and plants. I was helped by the most sweet woman (Kelly) she really brought my mood up and made my day a whole lot better, I had gone to other pet stores but was ignored by the workers. This pet smart is the cleanest, has the most helpful staff and is overall now my favorite store, thank you Kelly for assisting me, you really made my day!”
