Widmer's Cheese Cellars is a gem of a place where cheese is made on site, just a few feet away from the shop. It offers a great and wide variety of cheese, especially its own amazing brand, including the best squeaky cheese curds and Brick cheese. Visitors can watch the cheese being made in the large vats. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, great at answering questions. It is very much worth the trip, and paying with cash provides a discount. This is the place for wonderful local products and the best cheese.
Haven't been here in many many years. Unfortunately they were not making any thing when I was there but it is still cool to see everything there. The gentleman working the counter was great.

I loved the place. The cheese making process was very informative. The employee explained the history of the business. The current owner is the fourth generation. .she was very helpful for us to find some cheese to buy.
