“Wow it's been a long while since I've been to a bank. This was a swift and easy experience as far as bank visits go. I had to deposit a check and my phone app for some reason kept giving me an error, so I decided to go in and do it the old fashioned way. It's all street parking here, but there always seems to be plenty of it in this area. My son and I parked up and were in and out within five minutes. We were called up to the desk by an employee who was certainly mundane about being there, but he got the job done. I like how easily they can look you up now - just inserting your BMO debit card into the reader at the desk. This location could probably use a facelift, as it still has all the old-school bank furniture and decor. But apart from that, it's just your straight forward BMO. I wouldn't hesitate to return for future bank needs.”

“I ordered replacement checks and the checks never made it to by house. I tried to work with both customer service and this bank branch to get replacement checks expediated to my house. I would think that since I am a customer of the bank that they would be willing, in this day of potential fraudulent activity, that they would want to help me get my checks. They were very unwilling to budge and wanted to charge me for the expediated request. I did nothing wrong and this "Friendly" bank was not willing to make an accommodation to keep my business tells me a lot about the company.I am upgrading my response to 4 stars as the Branch called me the next day and made me whole. I give them credit for taking the next step and helping me out. The replacement checks have been received and I am all good.”
“I am surprised to hear these reviews. I have had only good experiences at this branch. When I have called ahead of time and scheduled an appointment for anything such as opening a CD, they had the paperwork all filled out and it tooks seconds to sign. When I came in without an appointment, they offered to send me paperwork to sign at home. The tellers have always been efficient both inside and at the drive through.”
“My elderly mom banks at the Grafton location and I have assisted her on multiple trips to take care of her banking needs. Every employee I have come into contact with has been nothing but helpful and kind. On our last visit it was for a problem she was having enrolling in Zelle after the system change. The tellers very willingly and cheerfully tried to solve her problem and when they were unsuccessful they passed us along to Keri, one of the personal bankers. She also had difficulty solving the issue, BUT... she persisted and contacted the tech people who guided her and did their magic and she was able to get my mom's account back in working order again. Keri was super sweet the entire time and we were there a long time. We never felt that we were a thorn in her side. It is refreshing to come across true customer service these days where it rarely exists anymore. My mom even received a personal, handwritten thank you note from Keri!! Wow, who does that these days!?! Thank you, Keri and Bank Five Nine for keeping the personal connection in your business.”

“Yesterday, I was having some problems with my account and stopped in the office at 105 W. Silver Spring Dr., and Jessica O. was there to help me. Several issues popped up with both the mobile app and the website, and Jessica spent over an hour with me, patiently helping me.
