She was wonderful and answered my questions and double checked the information that she gave me to ensure that it was completely correct. I then came in to open both a checking and a savings account and Lisa help me. She took her time with me to make sure I had the proper accounts that I needed and set up my log in for me. Lisa also told me to reach out to her personally if I had any issues with the app or my account.”

“Bank Five Nine Grafton branch is a nice bank with helpful employees. Every visit is courteous and professional as B59 Tellers and Bankers always help their customers. I’m very happy with services provided by Keri Davis (Grafton branch) today helping me open a new relationship CD account. She was prompt and very responsive to my requests and very quick to do the job. Overall I’m happy with Keri’s service as well as banks as whole.”
“Our Town Bank branch in Menomonee Falls is the perfect small town bank experience. I travel all over the United States and their debit card allows me to get cash without any fees. The ATM machine will ask me to approve it. I say yes, but then the bank backs those fees out. I hate paying to get my own money.
Town Bank understands that.
If you live close by, you should go in and see the tellers. They’re very friendly and very quickly learn who you are on a first name basis. You’re not just a number to them.”

“Wow it's been a long while since I've been to a bank. This was a swift and easy experience as far as bank visits go. I had to deposit a check and my phone app for some reason kept giving me an error, so I decided to go in and do it the old fashioned way. It's all street parking here, but there always seems to be plenty of it in this area. My son and I parked up and were in and out within five minutes. We were called up to the desk by an employee who was certainly mundane about being there, but he got the job done. I like how easily they can look you up now - just inserting your BMO debit card into the reader at the desk. This location could probably use a facelift, as it still has all the old-school bank furniture and decor. But apart from that, it's just your straight forward BMO. I wouldn't hesitate to return for future bank needs.”

“I am surprised to hear these reviews. I have had only good experiences at this branch. When I have called ahead of time and scheduled an appointment for anything such as opening a CD, they had the paperwork all filled out and it tooks seconds to sign. When I came in without an appointment, they offered to send me paperwork to sign at home. The tellers have always been efficient both inside and at the drive through.”
“I run a small business and I am so pleased that I switched all of my accounts to Bank Five Nine! Everyone in the branch is so friendly and willing to help out whenever there is an issue. Gus Straub is an excellent example of a bank manager. He’s active in the community and allows the Optimist Club Foundation to meet in their meeting room AND HE’S THE TREASURE OF THE FOUNDATION. “Cannot recommend Steve Oertel strongly enough. We started off with an auto refinance and then unexpectedly had to consider a home equity loan. He always responds to my emails in a timely manner genuinely educating me on any questions I have without making me feel less than. “We have been with this bank for 25 years THE group of people at this branch are so helpful and always professional, Ericka,Tarvinder,Nick and Arlyn Last week our accounts, credit cards were hacked I was a mess Tarvinder called the bank put a freeze on our accounts and worked with security department and helped with canceling our cards and making sure our accounts were save .I can't tell you the relive it was that everything was save and taking care of..This group of people is why we are at this bank ,please let them know,that they go way beyond there jobs ,there care about all the customers!!
