Jitanna/J was so amazingly helpful and warm and kind and funny. She made me feel so comfortable - it was like I was shopping with my best friend! J instantly knew what I was looking for and what I needed and brought me so many awesome options once we found the perfect fit. She was so attentive, adjusting everything that I tried on to make sure it was just right. I felt so pretty and good in everything she put me in! It was like I had my own personal bra stylist who had known me for years! J was able to special order some things in different colors for me, too, and I was skipping out of the store - that’s how happy I was. Allure always has great service, and I’m always happy to shop local with kind people, but Jitanna really truly knocked it out of the park!”

“I have shopped at Land’s End for the last 25-30 years at both of their locations and the one off Brown Deer Rd has added to the staple brand you would find in my daily wardrobe. At age 75 now, I still find the brand offers beautiful fabrics and on spot design trends at incredible prices. If you don’t check out this wonderful store with ample parking and a great staff, you’ll be missing a delightful experience with great clearance racks of final sale items of clothing for men and women!

“I don’t even know where to start….easily the best experience I’ve ever had at a store. I’ve been looking for something for TWO YEARS!!!!! I finally found it. The lady who helped me, she grabbed me a cart and then mentioned there’s another one too. I WAS LOOKING FOR TWO!!!!!!! So I’m very grateful she mentioned about the second one. And then she put both on hold at the front. Excellent. Then everybody in between were so freaking nice. And then someone helped me out the items in my car. Super cool. I know they were just doing their job but they were nice on top of it. Silly rant but i was so delighted with the experience. I did call the store too to give them this same information. Very awesome. My Birthday weekend MADE. I will be returning. Plus the section is always AWESOME. thanks again!!!!!!”

“The store itself is great and the staff is friendly and helpful, but the day I went there they didn't open the store on time. The person with the key was running late, so I didn't end up shopping there that day.
I have been there before in the evening though and the staff is super nice. It's in a very walkable area, which is fun. Parking might be scarce by the store because there are a lot of popular stores in the area, but it's a really safe feeling area, so walking is fine.”
“So yesterday was my second time inside the Gap store at Bayshore. I had an item to return that hadn't fit. And the return was very easy. No problems at all. And the store employees worked hard to find and locate the next size up that I had needed. It had actually been on the mannequin!Then I had browsed the store to see what else they had.I do love their clearance racks at the back of the store. They have great deals back there and then there is extra off too! So the savings really add up.The dressing rooms here are open too. And the employees like to check to see how you are doing, which is a nice touch.One thing I like about the store is they have stuff that actually fits me. When you generally wear an XS it can be hard to find stuff that fits, especially in the waist. Most stuff is just too baggy! But not here.Oh and there are no annoying smells in these Gap family stores. That is a big plus in my book! As I am sensitive to smells.”

“Ross Dress for Less is a hit or miss shopping experience. If you are looking for something specific it might not happen. Besides dresses there is amazing and unique kitchen gadgets, cookware, utensils, etc. They also have a small selection of furniture, bedding, baskets, etc. Overall, a 4 Star might be too high, but it’s basically a 3.5 Star.”
“I needed to make a return due to it being a wrong size, and asked to return and repurchase another item bought before this weekend's special discount. The associate, Laura, told me to check my Kohl's account - and as I did, I found I had received another much larger discount good only today! This made the item close to $50 less expensive. Great experience, was easy and smooth.”
