“I forgot to get the employee’s name, but I think he had a necklace with a bullet on it… anyway, he was a super helpful, kind, and funny guy helping me get the new iPhone 16. He was very straight forward and while waiting for everything to load we had great conversation! I’ve always had a good experience with AT&T, but this service in particular was just WOW and AMAZING! Definitely will be returning if any problems pop up down the road or I need a new phone!”
