Recently, I ran into some trouble with the website and customer support while trying to transfer my number and purchase a new phone. I decided to stop by the store instead, and I’m so glad I did because the team here was ready to help and really made the whole process nearly seamless. There were just a couple of small snags, but they were incredibly kind, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. The transfer went smoothly, my new phone order was completed quickly, and I left feeling reassured. Having a reliable phone connection is so crucial these days, and I’m happy to now be an AT&T wireless customer as well.”
