“Amazing service! They helped me out after a bad experience I had at a local dealership. I won’t get into those details but I had them take a look at the car for a second opinion. They found that some of the issues the dealership said I had were wrong and I was charged 1/3 of the price the dealership was trying to charge me. “Jimmy doesn't know this, but I am President of his Fan Club. After talking out a few deer with my convertible Sebring, I was Blessed To Find Him And His Business. I will Never Go Anywhere Else, in my Opinion, He Is The Best. I drove a semi over the road the last 26yrs, never hit a deer, I move up here from Wheeling and smack into 3 of them cuz there in a hurry for sex, who knew? I never know when it's mating season till I hit one, then they have the nerve to give me the Stink Eye as they run away, meanwhile my car looks like someone beat the snot out of it. I never seem to really hurt them. It feels like hitting A tree, and it Sucks!!!”

“I was 10 mins out on my 1 hour commute to work on a Friday evening, and my car starting bumping, and my check engine light came on. OMG I had a 3 night work weekend at the hospital ahead of me and this comes up now! What am I going to do??? It was 5:03 pm. On the chance that Ken might still be there at LG Auto, I called, and he answered. I explained my dilemma, and he went above the call of duty and helped me out. He waited 10 mins for me to slowly bump my way to the shop. He gave me a loaner car (free) to use until my car got evaluated and fixed on Monday. My repair bill was $316 and I was on my way, problem free. LG auto is absolutely the best place I've ever taken my car. The service is personalized and exceptional.”

They'll give you a report of their inspection and prioritize which repairs or replacements need to occur, based on your budget. They'll be frank about repairs that may not have to be done immediately, and recommend when indeed your vehicle should return.I started out as a customer of the Gages Lake shop, at the time residing down the street from The Gages Lake road garage. As I have since moved further north, I now visit their Lake Villa shop; once again, thankfully being a short walk away.That said, even if I were 50 mi away I would still prefer to bring my vehicles here... They're trustworthy, competent, and practical. Heck, at both shops there have been occasions when they found less expensive ways to fix an issue and subsequently charged me LESS than their original quote... Passing on the savings to me.”

“We needed a tow thinking the starter was shot after we tried giving the car a jump. B & R was recommended to us. Tow driver Dan said let me try to start the car before I tow to see if it IS the battery. Well sure enough it didn't start but he gave it a jump and saved us a tow!! We took it in for a new battery and we have no issues!!Thank you Tommy and Dan for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Dan could have towed us and charged us for the tow but instead gave us a jump for no charge!
