“Heads up Mike is the best, I had brakes - Rotors and tires done in October 2024 then moved out of town. 9,000 miles and 9 Months later I had scorched front Rotors and half my brake pads were gone.( 12 Month unconditional warranty on parts per Nappa policy) Mike stood up for me and demanded that the distributor pay me back for parts from out of state. They didn't want to, but he got me a full refund and Nappa mailed me a check for $550 to cover replacement costs for new Rotors,front and back. He stands behind his work and I was in a bad spot that he helped me navigate.”

I didn’t feel pushed into a vehicle I didn’t want and didn’t ask for. Upon picking up my new Vehicle it was clean and ready when. The process of paperwork was smooth and not rushed! All my questions were answered and the functions of my vehicle were addressed and shown to me before I left so I could understand it all easily! Kaiden spent time with me showing me how to download and use the Mitsubishi app! I will recommend this dealer to friends and family because of my experience. “I wanted to pass along a quick shoutout for AK Auto Repair and the wonderful people who worked on my car.
I honestly thought my 2006 Rav 4 was in much worse shape and was bracing myself for a much bigger bill—but that wasn’t the case at all.
They were incredibly honest and could’ve easily taken advantage of my lack of knowledge but didn’t. On top of that, Khalid went above and beyond and even took my car in for my emissions test.
It’s rare to come out of a car repair feeling this relieved and impressed, so I really wanted to share.”
“Slid off the road tonight during a really bad snow storm. Called Antioch Automotive and they picked up right away, I didn’t get a call center somewhere across the globe. The lady was very friendly and they arrived onsite in a half hour which is nuts considering the weather. They pulled it right out, and they were cautious to take good care of my truck. “Ordered my wheels online and made an appointment but got delayed due to tire shipping delay. They called me the day before my appointment and were awesome to offer me a different tire thats available in the same tire tier as what i originally ordered and I agreed but they had to get it from another store so my appointment was delayed by a couple of hours. But as soon as I got there miraculously my tires that i originally ordered arrived so they installed it. I dont mind the delay but these people go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. They have my business!!!!”
“I can't say enough good things about this Firestone location.
After blowing out a tire right in front of their shop after they had already closed for the evening, I left my car in their parking lot, dropped my keys in the overnight box, and was pleasantly surprised to find I could book an appointment online for the very next morning.
Before my appointment, they called me to discuss my options and provided honest, knowledgeable advice. At no point did I feel pressured into buying services or products I didn't need. Instead, they took the time to answer additional questions I had that weren't even related to the tire repair, which I really appreciated.
Their tire prices were fair, and they had some great promotions available. Even though the tires I chose weren't in stock, they were able to get four new tires installed, complete an alignment, and take care of a few additional services—all in the same day.
Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and made the entire process incredibly easy from start to finish. Pickup was quick and hassle-free.
This wasn't my first experience with this location, and it certainly won't be my last. They've consistently earned my trust, and I'll continue to support this shop whenever I need service. Highly recommend!”
