“I've been to this store twice to sell jewelry. On both occasions, from the time I walked in the store, to the time I walked out, absolute professionalism! While going thru the process, the entire staff showed empathy, but also showed excellent customer service. At no point did i feel pressured like you see on those hack TV shows. These guys, and girls, are the real deal! They are human, just like the rest of us, and they show it. 5 stars for sure in my book!! Im going to keep going back!! Thank you again! “I recently submitted an insurance claim and when I received my replacement phone, I needed assistance getting it setup. Danny explained I needed to call customer service myself or I would need to pay a connection fee. The person I was talking to via customer service was extremely confused thinking I was adding a line not transferring my service. Thankfully Danny was able to help get it sorted out and my phone was properly connected! Thank you Danny for going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service! Much appreciated!!!”
“This is the 2nd time that Karen goes above and beyond on helping me my wife and my daughter. Karen is very professional , knowledgeable , and able to assist all costumers that come in through that door. She greets all and is able to help all. Karen makes sure costumers don’t walk out the door without being waited on. I did retail quite some years ago and am costumer orientated. And know how important it is to make sure the walk out of the shop happy so they can come back and shop at the same store. You can tell when people really want to help and love their job.
