“I had an issue with a product that was not part of their normal return/exchange process - the product was dead out of the box - and the manufacturer was not supporting the product or providing Lowe's with an RMA to return the defective product. The corporate and store staff stepped up to the plate to support their customers, and have gone above and beyond to get me a working product. The second one they ordered (to replace the DOA unit) was damaged by the common-carrier shipper, so they ordered a THIRD unit, which has just been delivered, and WORKS! Amazing staff; very friendly and knowledgable, and willing to get issues solved.”
“I like harbor freight, they have good prices, friendly employees that go out of their way to help with any questions you have and even remember your name. They always say hello and welcome to harbor freight. Some of their tools are lower quality than Dewalt, but still good. If there is ever an issue with something you purchased there, they will replace or refund it.”

“Best Hardware Store, especially if you need a key cut! I bought a replacement key for my car off Amazon and nowhere would cut me a key without trying to sell me one, for upwards of $170. I went to Kleins and they cut the replacement key i brought in for $1. I only had my debit card, so they said "Don't worry about it"That's good business right there!And he did a really good job, it's an exact match to the original.”
