I was there after close, and they made sure we did everything in a timely manner without rushing and without making me feel unwelcome. We worked out a fair deal for both parties without making me haggle all night. Jacob was very helpful over the phone before I went in to actually look at the car, which made me inclined to go there rather than elsewhere. Staff were coming and congratulating me the entire time, and even gave me some backstory on the car I was purchasing, and told me about how they liked the car. Overall a great experience!”

“I had a problem with a stuck thermostat. No charge. A year ago I took my high mileage GMC truck to ETE to replace my rear shocks and when I got the bill it was about 15% lower than the estimate I received from the dealership. Same parts, but ETE cares about their customers. The dealership had done a valve job on the left side of the engine. Last summer ETE did the right side. Identical work and guess what…the bill was almost $1000 less than the dealership for identical work. Last week my emission check light went on. ETE fixed it. It was only a loose hose connection. Small diagnostic cost, no repair cost. I have never encountered better mechanical service in all my years of high mileage driving. Better yet, their ethics match their expertise. I highly recommend ETE If you want expert repair at a reasonable cost. JJF”

“First and foremost IT SUCKS, when you are on vacation and far away from home and are depending on your vehicle to get you, loved one and travel trailer from point A to point B and THEN something happens !!! Out in the middle of nowhere!!!!! Called our first place and they recommended Mike (Hansen’s Auto). We called and spoke to Alaric, who was exceptionally a good listener… and helped us so much by offering to look at it and diagnose/fix the issue the following morning asap, while the owner Mike also offered and insisted in picking us up at the campground and dropping us off …
WHO and WHAT business does this anymore ????? I will tell you !!!! Mike and his amazing employees who go above and beyond for strangers!!!!!!!!! That’s who. What an amazing experience and honestly they were very fair with labor and parts!!!! We still paid a large sum BUT I am positive that if we were not fortunate enough to do business with everyone at Hansen’s, they were fair for the parts and labor. If we went somewhere else we would have NEVER been treated as well. This business, these people, are passionate about their business and they are a stand up, solid good, honest, hardworking people and don’t forget about the actual genuine customer service!!!! “Great experience. I have had repairs/oil changes with at least 8 other shops (not including this one) over the years - this is the best I have had so far. I came in for a routine oil change, and a repair was recommended. Though they usually book a week or so out, they thankfully had an opening the next day, which I took. I wasn't sure if I would leave my car that night or drop it off in the morning. They allowed me to leave that day, without paying for the oil change (trusting I would bring my car back the next day) and performed the repair the next day quickly and at a slightly lower cost than estimated. I would recommend this business.”

“Hartland Quik Lube has phenomenal team members! They are highly professional, helpful, efficient, communicative, and responsive! Their assistance and expertise goes above-and- beyond!We were out and about and noticed we had an extremely low tire. We filled it up with air at a gas station; then went to Quik Lube regardless because we had plans to get an oil change that day. We mentioned to them that we may have a slow leak in our tire. Our team member quickly found a screw in the tire that was causing the leak. He said it would only be $12 to patch it (for the lifetime of the tire) and our tire was quickly fixed, along with an oil change! Thank you, Hartland Quik Lube! See ya again in 10,000 miles! :-)”
