Everything was fixed quickly and they gave me a loaner car so I didn’t have to worry about transportation to and from work. Prices were more than reasonable. This is one of the few car shops I’ve been to as a woman where I was treated respectfully. Bonus points for having a cute shop dog!”

“I had a problem with a stuck thermostat. No charge. A year ago I took my high mileage GMC truck to ETE to replace my rear shocks and when I got the bill it was about 15% lower than the estimate I received from the dealership. Same parts, but ETE cares about their customers. The dealership had done a valve job on the left side of the engine. Last summer ETE did the right side. Identical work and guess what…the bill was almost $1000 less than the dealership for identical work. Last week my emission check light went on. ETE fixed it. It was only a loose hose connection. Small diagnostic cost, no repair cost. I have never encountered better mechanical service in all my years of high mileage driving. Better yet, their ethics match their expertise. I highly recommend ETE If you want expert repair at a reasonable cost. JJF”
“You can look at my profile. I almost never write reviews but I felt compelled to do this one. :-) I had such a great experience with MSI. Brakes, wheel bearing, and ABS sensor all repaired/replaced. I've driven past this place for years and for some reason, have never given it a second thought for auto repair. Always going to the larger, big-name shops.
I'm so glad I went with MSI this time. The price was very fair and the customer service was great. They have a new customer for all future auto repairs for my family.”

“Dropped my jeep off at 8:00 pm last night after my husband noticed my flex pipe was rusted through with hopes that we could get it fixed before the holiday weekend. “My daughter, who is a student at Carroll U, called me Wednesday night that her car wouldn’t go faster than 20 mph. Car was driving fine the day before so she was understandably pretty frustrated. I live in Sheboygan and am not very familiar with businesses in the Waukesha area so I just googled repair shops close to her apartment and found BMS Auto Repair. Called as soon as they opened up the next morning and talked to John. I gotta say, John was fantastic to work with, could immediately tell he was a stand up and trustworthy guy. Dropped her car off that afternoon and it was fixed and ready to be picked up the next day.
A big thank you to John and his team! In this day and age, it’s nice to see there are still good people with integrity out there.

“Went to tires plus a few times for an alignment. And it was never quite right. I was about to try to set it myself, even though I know I wouldn't get a precise. But a Co Worker recommended Mikes. I usually do all my own work. But if I needed it I know Mike would have it right, whatever it may be. My alignment is better than it's been in years.”
“I've been taking my car here for years for oil changes and general maintenance. Recently, my bakes were squeaky so I thought I needed new ones. They called me and explained the noise I'm hearing and that the brakes are fine. I appreciate their honesty as most auto shops I've been to just want your money. I recommend them to everyone.”

“Brought my alternator in for a rebuild, they were unable to source parts and was explained this in detail. In all fairness this was off a 1995 Subaru sambar from Japan not a domestic vehicle so I already had my thoughts on if it was possible to do domestically. They cleaned my ground and tested my unit, told me I should go ahead and run it the way it is. 30 years old and still running great a testament to quality components made in japan during this era. Nonetheless keep Kaestner in mind, they are great people and professionals at what they do.”
