Had one fuel injector replaced , O2 sensor diagnosed and replaced and burned out catalytic converter replaced. I've also come here for emissions testing. Always prompt, explaining things and once they had issues getting the catalytic in and called to let me know when to expect it. Always friendly and courteous. The shop is always clean and organized and the waiting area clean. I'm the type that will do a lot of my own services on my cars but some things I just don't want to do and it's nice to have a place like this that you can trust.”

“Needed to replace a corroded and leaking exhaust system on my 17 years old Toyota SUV with 230k miles. Dealership wanted to replace the whole exhaust system (including cat) with parts on order for a week.Following my friend's recommendation, went to Muffler & Pipes for second opinion. Greeted by very friendly staff. M&P suggested replacing only the leaking portion for 1/5th the price. Dropped it off in the morning and picked it back up at lunch time the same day. No more exhaust fumes entering my cab :)As other reviewers indicate, very quick turnaround at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!”

“Heading on a road trip to Florida, and my AC doesn’t work. As with everything, I waited till the last minute and called around in Oconomowoc. No one was able to get me in, except for Andy. Everything was amazing, the east of the call, getting an appointment ASAP, and they diagnosed and fixed the issue same day (even offered a car loaner). Amazing price and charged only for the broken things. I really can’t say enough good things. Thanks so much Andy!!!!!!”

“Hartland Quik Lube has phenomenal team members! They are highly professional, helpful, efficient, communicative, and responsive! Their assistance and expertise goes above-and- beyond!We were out and about and noticed we had an extremely low tire. We filled it up with air at a gas station; then went to Quik Lube regardless because we had plans to get an oil change that day. We mentioned to them that we may have a slow leak in our tire. Our team member quickly found a screw in the tire that was causing the leak. He said it would only be $12 to patch it (for the lifetime of the tire) and our tire was quickly fixed, along with an oil change! Thank you, Hartland Quik Lube! See ya again in 10,000 miles! :-)”

Ryan's Diesel truly has something special going on, from the top to the bottom within the company. They have been my favorite business to work with, and with good reason.Ryan is one of the few people in this world you truly can take at his word. Over the years we've worked together, he has done every single thing he's ever said he would do. That in and of itself is such a rarity it makes working with him incredibly easy - you know exactly what you're getting and you'll never hear an excuse or a different answer than what has been initially talked about - as long as you're a straight shooter with them you'll never have an issue.It's even more of a benefit that his team does quality work and completely stands by their products. “Mike S. took care of my vehicle and was up front and transparent about everything my vehicle needed. Great service work. They also offered a courtesy vehicle while my car was getting work done, which was appreciated but not needed. My only gripe (not a big deal due to my vehicle being done slightly earlier than expected) is that I had to call to get updates on my vehicle. I'm not sure if there is a texting feature for status updates for vehicles. Overall, great work! I'll be back for sure.”

“Got home from work and found out that the wheel bearing on my truck was going out. We were able to get it to Wilkes when we were greeted by a man named Jim who unfortunately told us that it would be 2 weeks until we can get it fixed. He then listened to the noise coming from the truck and decided out of the kindness of his heart to get my truck in this afternoon instead of waiting and risking it. Jim was a very awesome guy!!!
