“StorageMart makes move-in simple with options to reserve, and complete move-in paperwork all online. Facility is very secure, and clean. Staff was helpful at move-in, and already had a lock waiting in-unit when I moved in. Would definitely recommend.”

“I cannot say enough good about Scenic Self Storage. The facility is fantastic, but it is the people that are the best part. Jeff and his staff are unbelievable! When I purchased a car and needed storage until I could pick it up. Not only were they willing to take delivery of the car, they were willing to let me send a car cover to the office and they put it on the car for me. As if that wasn't nice enough, when I came to pick up the car, the battery was dead (not unexpected). While they weren't obligated to help me in any way, the manager not only helped me jump start it with his truck, but also called a relative to come help in case we couldn't get it started. I would encourage anyone with self storage needs to give this wonderful company your business.”

“All in all it's a nice storage facility. Clean concrete slabs and no signs of leaking when it rains. It's a relatively newer facility. It has a coded gate for security, but just a short little fence around the rest of it so people could definitely get in without trying. It's also a little disappointing that I have no power or even a light in my unit considering what I'm paying. It makes getting anything from my storage unit nearly impossible when it's dark out.”
“We have thus far had a phenomenal experience. Good staff, feels safe and secure. Units are dry, super clean and we'll secured. The lot is in great shape. I don't know if the price is fair or not, but it's worth what we're paying, in my opinion.”

“Brand new, high quality units. The concrete is pitched away from the buildings, which is great for keeping the units dry. The gated entrance is a plus, and the ability to log in and pay for your unit online is ideal. You have the ability to pay in advance as well..When I initially signed up, they were running a special, which was what initially piqued my interest. Location of the units were beneficial as well.”
“I have stored and maintained our pontoon boat at Retzlaff's for the past 8 years. They pick up the boat at end of season and bring it back when the season begins. Brian their manager, has always been friendly, courteous and informative. If he didn't have an immediate answer for me, he would do a little research and get right back to me. This year the impeller broke while out on the lake. I called Brian and he sent D J and Dave to pick up the boat, they fixed it the next day and got it back to me by the third day. What made this so special is that I know they were swamped with the delivery of boats. However, once I told Brian about my grandkids coming over for a promised ride he expedited everything. D J and Dave always have a smile on their faces and are quick, prompt and professional during pick up and delivery. Retzlaff's is fortunate to have individuals of this caliber represent their business.”

“I am updating my review after a conversation with Scott - The regional manager for the area. He has resolved the situation and he went above and beyond to do so. I will also be retracting my BBB complaint.
I am however, still very disappointed with how the call center at SROA handled this situation - They were very deceptive, and untruthful, - my issue, nor my information was actually passed along to property management. this is definitely something that SROA needs to look into as a business.
Hats off to Scott though - I am very impressed with his level of service and dedication to customers.”
