“Brennan H. was a superstar and absolutely saved us this week!
First, we never received our confirmation call the day before we were supposed to pick up a 26 foot truck. So we decided we better stop in to make sure they still had our reservation. They did, but were going to send us to Mke to grab the truck for some reason. Brennan had a 26 foot truck available with no reservation on it. He told us if we wanted it a day early, he would make it work for us. We absolutely did! He called the Mke location and had the employee over there transfer our reservation to this location. He then fixed the pick up date and got everything squared away.
Then for some reason (probably security reasons) our card payment would not go through even though we had the funds on it. I had to call my card issuer and get it straightened out. Brennan was amazingly helpful, patient, and supportive during ALL of this chaos. We finally got everything cleared and left with the truck a day early and grateful for all the favors Brennan did for us! He was a great communicator, very calm, efficient, kind, and absolutely deserves a raise or bonus (or both!) If you get Brennan during your visit, you’ll be in excellent hands!”
