“Pet Pals has been around for a long time! By generation operated. I no longer live in Delavan but always we purchased our birds from them and that was at least 25yrs ago I believe because I moved out of state in 2000, and I purchased My Macaw in the mid late 90's. Very Mom and Pop not commercial and help with your pets needs and knowledgeable in fish and reptiles and birds!”

“I absolutely love this pet store. Not only is it conveniently located, the prices are fair, the selection is amazing and the service is fantastic. I go in there for my pup who loves to chew and they always steer me in the right direction with clean products that I don’t have to worry if my pet ingests. I highly recommend the antler bones and the yak milk Epson salt chews.”
