“Id been hunting online for the vehicle that spoke to me. Id done all I had to for pre-approval and finally found the one! I found my next truck. Somehow the lines got crossed and a salesman from New Car Sales Josh called me and I let him know I was looking at a used vehicle. Last minute and on his day off Josh came in to finalize the paperwork and I took my new (to me) truck home.
I appreciated Josh helping and guiding me through everything, even on his day off. Nobody does that and I didn't want to wait all weekend to pick up the truck so he came in special, even when it wasn't technically his department. I really appreciated that red carpet treatment even if it was just for a used vehicle.
Ill never buy brand new but id definitely buy my next vehicle from a place where their employees literally bend over backwards for a customer.

“Took my wife's vehicle here for squeaky brakes. Got a call from them and they informed me that it was likely brake pads that had been worked on by the dealership. They informed me that they were new enough that any repair would likely be taken care of under warranty.
They were right.
I paid a reasonable fee for their time and was able to get the dealer that installed the brakes to replace them. I appreciate the honesty this company has and will continue to be a customer of theirs because of it.”

“I brought my truck to Jim to have my pick up truck repaired. My truck was backed into crushing the outer bedside right at the fuel door to the inside of the bed. I met with Jim about an estimate, he quoted me a very fair price for all of the work he was going to have to do to fix the quarter panel. I dropped my truck off two weeks later (Labor Day weekend 2024). I received constant updates on my truck, Jim also contacted me to double check with a couple small details before proceeding with the work. Their craftsmanship is excellent, my truck is exactly how it looked the day I bought it brand new. I can not say enough good things about their work and will recommend them to anyone needing body work

“I bought falcon wildpeak tires for my truck and they were junk!!! F&f tire took care of the warrenty stuff and got me a new set of wranglers. They discounted the mount and balance for me. Ive been going to f&f since the 90s and will keep going there i didnt have to do anything but take my truck back. Easy and done.”
