Michael made the experience. Absolutely enjoyed his presence and hard work. PLEASE keep the water resort open longer. Was super disappointed it was closed at 7pm when we just got back from Cranfest and couldn't enjoy the Waterpark at all after the long check in process and getting to our rooms!!!

We had the best experience with the amazing staff. My family has never been here and they made the stay feel so warm and welcoming! Micheal especially made our stay amazing. Food was amazing drinks! If you haven’t been to three bears resort you should pack up the family and go!!

The staff are really nice the waterpark is fun but one of the slides is broken and the wave pool is small but still fun and the water park does close early and the outdoor only i guess opens every time When it’s like 90 though 80 degrees only but really nice lobby and Good service
