“Brad does an amazing job and it is worth the drive from over an hour away. I haven't had anything that I didnt like from him. I can't wait until next year to try some more of his specialties. This year we did regular snack sticks, jalapeño and cheddar snack sticks, summer sausage, maple breakfast links, steaks, and chops. The breakfast links are extra good if you do them low and slow in bacon grease. His process of dropping the deer off is very simple and also helps keep the deer fresh even in the warmer months.
