“Enter in on Commerce. Sign says to park then walk to shipping/receiving office. Follow instructions. Slide tandems prior to docking. Place sheet with seal inside trailer before docking. Be sure to precool rfr before arrival. Make sure your empty is clean & fueled. After loaded, the warehouseman will have you pull forward, close your doors, & he will seal it. He'll also hand you the sheet you need to get your bills. O/N parking allowed. From 0700 - 1900, drivers must exit at the other end. After 1900, drivers must exit at Commerce (entrance road) & there is an active railway or RR-tracks near Commerce. So if you need to exit on Commerce & your route requires for you to take a left, be aware, the train may cause you a delay . Loads are loaded beautifully here.”
