“I frequent this UPS Store a lot for shipping and handling store returns, and Ella always provides an exceptional experience. She is incredibly professional, patient, and maintains a wonderful attitude no matter how busy it gets. She takes the time to ensure everything is processed correctly and is always ready to help. Excellent customer service like hers is hard to find!”

“With such low reviews, I was hesitant to visit this FedEx location. But this was the only one on the way home. I was pleasantly surprised - Ava was super efficient and nice! The best FedEx employee I have ever met. The place was consistently busy, but she was helping each customer with a nice smile.”
