The tech guy was awesome, had to try a couple time to get rid of a bad virus , but got it done. Highly recommend this store. I was their waiting by the door and the manager drove up and asked if I was waiting to get in. He parked and took my phone and started on the problem. Above and beyond. I have switched carriers alot and now I have found a home. Great job!!Thanks again, William fritz

I upgraded 2 phones this weekend. Was told by employee I would receive $500 credit for one. When he printed the receipt it was $400. I had to ask twice for the receipt he did not want to let me walk out of store with it. I called store to complain and ask for my $100. I said it can be credit cash or refund on what I paid in store. Manager refused to take my call so I listened to someone tell me that too bad too sad the employee is stupid doesn’t know the promotion so I will take the hit. Finally manager got on phone and attempted to talk down to me saying I didn’t understand how business works. Offered me a free glass protector if I bought a case at 50% discount. I told him I just want my $100 I was promised and he said no. It was clear there is a lack of training and respect here. When I said I could be refunded $100 on my card from the over $200 I paid on site he said the government has my money he can’t do anything and said if he refunded me there would be a $50 restocking fee even though I wouldn’t return my phone. Honestly worst experience in years. Creepy sales people that look stoned and rude management who won’t defend their employees promises. They don’t care about customers they just have a power trip. Will never go there again will drive an hour out of my way next time I need a phone.
UPDATE: got my first bill and even though I was promised only a 35$ max extra would be added due to a new phone. My bill has doubled in price. I have spent an hour with Verizon on the phone where they are detailing all the additional costs the store put on my account without my consent. I cannot stress enough how upset I am. I am about to go to the location and demand everything is out in its place. I can’t believe how terrible of an experience I have had!!!

It took a long time to complete what we needed done…..2 new phones, but the atmosphere was pleasant and the workers were kind and respectful to everyone even when things were busy and difficult. The employees were also kind and polite to each other. We were impressed.

I went into the store this morning to buy a new pair of earbuds for my smartphone. I've been a Verizon customer for many years, but have never been to this particular store. The door was open and I walked in. Two people were behind the desk. One of them looks at me and says I'm sorry ma'am we're not open until 11:00. It was 10:46. They couldn't let me look and find what I needed and then buy them when the store was open? Why was their door open if they weren't open? I'll be buying them online since they don't want my business.

Showed up for a new phone I had ordered. The guy working was new and had no idea how to activate it. Hour later he was still trying to call his boss cause he was the only one working there and couldn't do his job...I traded in a phone but left with both cause he had no idea how to smart switch them. Took me 10 min. After I got home to do it. Tons of ppl behind me in line....just order online and skip this store. It is terrible!

Was lied to about monthly bill..80 bucks MORE A MONTH than what was said. If I could swear on here this would be mostly F words...will NEVER Recommend to ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
