So disorganized! Rude! I pulled a $3000 loan plus paid thousands of dollars just to be told the day before my boyfriends appointment that they need to reschedule. The dentist was rude when we went in for the appointment they didn't put the prescriptions in the day of it was the next day when my boyfriend had a serious infection in his mouth. They were rude when they called about cancelling the appointment. They lied on the phone saying I couldn't go to another Aspen dental that I had to go there that no one else would take him. This place is a horror if you are trying to to feel better in any way shape or form this isn't the place I would go! What a head ache give me my money back I would rather pay one million dollars somewhere else then deal with this location ever again in my life! We aren't buying double cheeseburgers we are paying for a service to ensure a better quality of life and this location is just pretending they are here to help you I am disgusted. What a money grab.

A crown fell off a tooth and I called Aspen Dental the next morning and was told to come in that morning for a limited exam. Dentist explained that the tooth has cavities and this likely loosed the crown. Cavities need to be taken care of and a new crown is needed. Appointments scheduled.Implant for tooth #5 installed, everything went well.Went in for teeth cleaning on 3/7/24 and a brief exam. Michelle did a thorough cleaning and gave advice on stain prevention. Exam revealed a need for crown replacement and appointment was made for this. Administrative part went smoothly.

Seemed like a money grab in there I have insurance but for what ever reason it wasn’t activated at the moment and they stopped the service and told me I had to come back when my insurance was fixed when I was in there for 2 hours in pain and I could’ve just paid for the tooth to be removed? I set another appointment up later that day and the next morning it was canceled because they noticed my insurance wasn’t in tact yet when I was coming to pay the 211 for the extraction. I guess the universe was saying just don’t go there I’ll be checking around and oil pulling until I find a dentist that’s not a capitalist strong hold.

Sorry I won’t recommend this location to anyone. They are respectful but highly unorganized. I had no pain, no broken teeth, no bleeding gums, no rotten teeth, not removing any teeth, no cavity. however, the hygienist recommended a deep cleaning. So tell me how I was quoted $6714 just for cleaning? They basically maxed out my annual insurance coverage. Out of the $6714, I was told that I would be responsible for $3766 while my insurance would cover the rest. Just imagine the cost of cleaning.Too many unnecessary stuff added up just to make money.

Poor service and a list of lies. I was quoted one price being a new patient. But when the dentist was finished with just a basic exam. To determine the origin of my tooth pain. The final bill with taxes and all the fees it was almost $200 that I had no intention on spending just for a diagnosis. I'm on a fixed income and really didn't appreciate the lies just to gete to pay their price.. I will never recommend them to anyone or ever return for future services... They lost a client for good

I didn’t get any work done after being taken to the back, getting my gums numb to get ready for my extraction, in the middle of that I was told I had to sign paperwork at the front. I get to the front, my mouth was already numb at this point, I was told an amount was needed to be paid which was totally different than what it was told to a week before my appointment. Almost 2.5 times the amount. I said that not what I was told and that’s not what I came In prepared to pay. I was then told they don’t have pricing over the phone, but one was clearly given to me! And then they proceeded to ask if I could pay a different lower amount, I said no that’s not what I was told! This location very unorganized very unprofessional! Why would you use any products on me knowing there would be some out of pocket cost on my end? Aren’t payments and those discussions are done up front b4 any work is completed? Shame on them! Wasted my time and left with a numb face.

Not a fan. Going there and waiting in waiting room for 30 minutes, being quoted different pricing and when trying to purchase there $39.00 insurance, couldn't because having trouble with website, so if go back cannot just pay the difference would have to pay the whole $39.00. Just all in all a bad experience.

I went in with an infection in my tooth. I was told that I needed to get a root canal and the dentist said that I couldn’t get it done there because they didn’t do them in office. He sent me to a different place, but in the meantime gave me an antibiotic. I’m a type 1.5 diabetic and saw my endocrinologist she told me I couldn’t get the root canal done till the infection was gone because she was concerned about healing without getting rid of it. I called after I ran out of antibiotics and was told they would give me another dose after the second round if it still wasn’t gone. I called for the 3rd round, and left a voicemail. Walgeeens called and left 4 voicemails, I called 3 more times and left 3 more voicemails. Then I finally got through after calling the corporate office, and Amanda Foster told me that she would ask the dentist about refilling it. (I saw a man.) I then got an email back from her stating that the female dentist who saw me stated that I couldn’t get another fill and that I needed to come in for THEM to do my root canal. When I emailed her back (2/15, more than a month after my appt) telling her I saw a man and he said that I couldn’t get the procedure done there, she never replied. I’ve never had such a bad experience with a dental place before.

Great experience! Went in for a deep cleaning and to replace a filling; everyone from the receptionist, dental assistants, hygentist to Dr. Teske explained everything I needed thoroughly.

I've been dealing with Aspen Dental for about a year. I had my teeth extracted and temporary dentures the temporary ones were terrible. I got my permanent dentures today. The new doctor wonderful, caring, ready to teach everyone, I'm so happy with my teeth it's amazing. Thank you Aspen. Just wish they stopped changing staff as often as they do.
