“Common transportation was absolutely wonderful to work with! They called me right away to schedule the pick up of my massage chair. I told them I could not get the chair out the door by myself and they offered to have their crew come in and carefully remove it for me for a small fee… This was life-saving for me because we had tried to get rid of one of these chairs before and both my husband and I injured our backs trying to lift the 500 pound chair out our front door. Not only did they show up on time and text me and call me to make me aware of their arrival, but they also took the pallets and giant pieces of Styrofoam away with them that our chair had been delivered with and was consuming valuable garage real estate.
