“Update (11/9/2023): Happily, I found out that there is at least one employee - Ronnel (sp?) from the bank formerly known as State Bank of Cross Plains. He was great when I stopped in and we got my expired card taken care of - thank you, Ronnell! He went a long way in improving my feelings about LakeRidge.I loved State Bank of Cross Plains but ever since Lake Ridge took it over, it's been an unpleasant experience. Staff are consistently rude, cold and condescending towards me. I never received my new card since the other is now expired. I will have to chase them down yet again so I don't get charged extra fees or penalties for declined charges on my stored card.”
