“20 years ago I had a car leak fixed here and they were great. This time I had road noise from uneven car door. I called and stopped by same day. After a quick evaluation of the issue, he made a few tweaks and a few trips back and forth for tools. 10 min later my car door seemed flush again. Told me to come back if it wasn't fixed. Any big name body shop would have tried to manipulate a way to keep my car and charge me out the ass. This place? No charge. Not many honest businesses like this left. Thank you so much!! I will share this story often.”

I was nervous about my car repair timeline due to an insurance delay, and the head auto mechanic called me every day unprompted to give me updates, he was so kind and my car looked better coming out than it did before my accident. The prices are fair and the people are trustworthy. I cannot recommend them enough.”
“I needed to replace my driver side mirror after an encounter with a deer and had purchased a replacement. The impact from the deer had puckered the metal to which the mirror was attached. I wanted to see if any additional damage was done so brought it for an estimate at Ball Body Shop's convenient drive up. The estimator, Cim, looked everything over and we concluded the mirror was all that was needed. It was dangerous to drive without the mirror. I could either get on their schedule a month later or call around to mechanics. Cim assessed the current work load and offered to replace the mirror for me on the spot. This was such an amazing and unexpected offer. I took a seat in the waiting room while Cim got to work. I was SO relieved and grateful to have this done quickly so I could drive safely. Thank you, Cim and Ball Body Shop!”

“Honestly I have never been to an auto body in My life but this shop exceeded My expectations tenfold. I worked with Justin and he was so amazing! I had a hard time with My insurance and basically He took the reins and I didn’t have to do literally anything. The car rental picked Me up from the shop and I didn’t even have to return the vehicle. They literally took care of everything from my insurance, (who I couldn’t even get in contact with) to the rental car, all the way to including fully detailing My vehicle INSIDE AND OUT before returning My car to Me. My car literally looks better than when I received it brand new. I don’t know how that is possible but Sparkle did it! Ten stars from Me.
