Very friendly staff. Yes, it’s a small post office and you may have to wait in a line during peak hours. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I see why they are so poorly reviewed. I went in to pick up a package, with a key, after telling them I had never done this before since I was in an apartment post divorce. The lady told me to get it at my apartment…I said I didn’t understand the key and what that meant. She laughed at me, told me that “I clearly don’t understand my box”, and rolled her eyes when I was just simply asking a question as I have never had to do this and owned my own home for 11 years. So unbelievably rude and mocked me as if I just knew. Stellar customer service.

Their posted hours are not correct(seems they close about 1/2 hour earlier than posted). Also, went there to get a Federal Duck stamp and the were sold out and stated they would not order any more. Poor service!

I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent USPS pick-up service that I scheduled. My package was picked up as expected, but it has not been delivered to its intended destination. I am worried that my package may have been lost or potentially stolen.

Depiste reporting my concerns regarding the delivery of other people's mail to my mailbox, the issue persists. Not to mention there have been instances of packages being delivered to the wrong buildlings. This ongoing issues never seem to get fixed

Five pieces of mail in our mailbox. Four addresses other than ours. One is a wedding invitation that we will hand delivered to the correct address.

AWFUL. They placed a hold on out mail due to snow. I went in today to ask why I had no mail for 7 days. A rude worker told us we were not getting mail "because of snow." She stated this before she knew our address. I stated that the mailbox is clear of snow and tried to show a picture. Very frustrating. As soon as we get evaluated by USPS, she will remove the hold. They also sent a letter saying we will not get mail everyday due to staffing. Is this even legal? They should not be able to just place holds on houses.

Since our postal driver retired in October, our packages get delivered to other addresses. This has caused a huge inconvenience for us and the neighbors that have to bring them to us!

Every Saturday they close at 12! There is NO PO box access until 12:30. I’ve been here 2 weekends in a row where the lobby was closed lights off before 12:30! It says on their door and website the hours of operation, and I even got in contact with a supervisor that explained this, yet they close early every time! This beyond ridiculous!!! Especially during the holidays!!

The mail person assigned to my route consistently delivers my packages to the wrong house. We have complained to the post office, but it doesn’t change.

This is the worst post office ever. I tried to ask the 2 women at the desk what paperwork would be needed to fill out for international shipping. They would not tell me until it was my turn in line at which point I got to the desk and they said you will not be able to fill out the paperwork in time before we close (there was 15 minutes remaining until closing time at 12pm) and now you need to go to the back of the line with the paperwork. They then proceeded to make fun of me to other customers. This is not the first experience that I’ve had like this at the Waunakee post office with this staff.
