“Could use a few updated pieces of equipment one day, maybe a hack squat and smith machine?? Other than that I like the squat racks and plate loaded leg press machine a lot here. Leg curl machine is nice but leg extension does not feel the greatest for ROM at the bottom. Treadmills and bikes are nice.”

“New Water bottle refill station located right outside the locker rooms! Nice Pro Shop, very cold ice for great hockey! The hockey family/parents that come to fill the stands are the ones that make it a positive environment!”
